I am the kind of person who often struggles to choose between emotions and rationality. I am especially cautious in the matters of the heart, There are few people I trust, And even fewer I can rely on.

However, sometimes the answers lie neither in the head nor the heart. Your head is just too rational that it neglects the human side of you that is vulnerable. And the heart, well its a stubborn little fellow. It makes you feel things that are not even there in the first place. It magnifies everything and puts you in states you’d rather not be in.

While most of us do either fall in the category of rational (detached and heartless) or emotional (attached and idiot), there is a better guide we usually ignore. Intuition. which is hard to define really. Its just an inner voice that knows something our clever minds and foolish hearts do not know. Its an in built system that points towards our north.

But whats unfortunate is that sometimes I ignore my gut because it has no evidence to back up the hunches. Its hard to understand. It doesn’t give us logical reasons or fiery feelings to do or not do something. Its just a negative or positive vibe or energy we experience and I have to learn to trust it. The more its trusted the more it gets stronger. sometimes to the point you start mistaking yourself for a psychic.
